Hi everyone, thanks for tuning in! I was asked by BodyBoss to try their workout and I am so thankful that they invited me to try the program. I just started and I am in week four of the pre-traning program!
I really haven’t been focused on working out and I actually found this tough. I was sore after and the first few times I actually felt the workout the next day (which I guess is a good thing).
I have been working out three times a week and even thought the circuit workout is only 24 minutes I admit sometimes I skip the warm up and cool down if I’m rushed…so that makes it 14!!
I feel so good just getting back into it, I really needed the push. It takes no equipment and I can do it anywhere so I really like that.
