Saturday Morning Comfort in Style
March 1, 2014Whether you have kids or not, Saturday mornings are never meant to be about wearing your skinny jeans and blouses. Saturday mornings are for comfort and casual chic. I love to wear oversized sweaters and leggings when I’m going to brunch or the farmers market, and there is a way to make those outfits chic as well. Wear something with a print to make your outfit stand out, and wear other neutral layers. Layer because you never know where Saturday will take you, so make sure you avoid your alma mater sweat pants. When wearing leopard print leggings, I tend to wear a more neutral and solid top to tone down the leggings. These leggings from B.Swim are so comfortable. I also grabbed a BCBG Max Azria tunic dress to wear over top that had a bit of length to it. These tunics are great pieces to have in your closet for outfits like this or for going out at last minute as something easy to dress up. The last piece is this gorgeous Aritzia blanket sweater, perfect for an outdoor soccer game, brunch on a patio, or hanging out around the house and having a House of Cards marathon. What is your go to Saturday morning outfit?
